My tadoku friend wrote Goghohka, kind of a poem, in her blog and it inspired me to make one myself.
It's about a hot summer day long time ago, and I was camping with my family in an isolated camp site in Kyushu. An incident took place by a river while I was watching several children happily enjoying the cool water in the river.
Up and down,
a boy was almost drowning
in the depth of a river, and his mother,
tucked to the ground, stood numb and
(It's true when you face an overwhelming situation, you're momentarily paralyzed and only able to laugh...)
