"who you are, what you do" over "how you speak"

Did you see these two men. You may call them geeks, yes, but
how can you make the audiences fall down from the chairs and laugh to death?
It's amazing that there are such Japanese geeks who can blow the conference away with a laughter, even such a desperately high language barrier stands on their way.
The article even goes to say, "Anyone doing a demo can learn from this: keep your answers short, don’t drown in details, explain how you will change the world. "
